Crosswalk

A crosswalk is a mapping table that aligns the requirements of one regulatory framework or standard with another. It identifies overlapping controls, allowing an organization to see how satisfying a requirement in one system fulfills a similar obligation in another.
In practice
An auditor uses a crosswalk to avoid redundant testing by identifying where a single evidence artifact satisfies multiple frameworks; for example, mapping ISO 27001 controls to NIST CSF categories.
