One address, read by a person. Corrections are the most welcome thing in the inbox.

What to write about
- Corrections. If a framework guide, control page or glossary entry is wrong, out of date, or misstates a standard, say so and point at the specific page. This is the fastest way to get something changed.
- Sources. Questions about where a particular statement came from, or which published version of a standard a page reflects.
- Takedowns and right of reply. If a newsdesk item concerns your organisation and you believe it is inaccurate or unfair, write in and it will be reviewed on the facts.
- Data protection. Requests under UK GDPR — access, erasure, objection — are handled at the same address. See the privacy policy for what is and is not collected.
What not to write about
Auditen cannot advise on whether your organisation complies with a standard, review your controls, or act as your auditor — see about for why. Requests to add promotional links or sponsored content are declined.
Response times
This is a small operation, not a support desk. Corrections are usually actioned within a few days; general questions may take longer. Every message is read.
